Springfield Raceway will be offering several Marketing opportunities for your Company for the 2008 racing season.

Official Sponsor Benefits:  = Starting at $8,500

1.   Naming rights to one of the 5 weekly racing divisions at Springfield Raceway, the “XYZ Company Factory Stocks”.

2.   Title Sponsor of one (1) night at the races during the 2008 season, which will include mentions in all pre-race radio, print and television advertising. (i.e., This Saturday night at Springfield Raceway, it’s the Show-Me Late Model Series presented by “XYZ Company”.

3.   Sponsor night also includes 40 grandstand tickets and 6 VIP suite passes.

4.   One (1) 8’ X 16’ trackside billboard to be displayed in turn 3.

5.   One (1) 4’ x 8’ billboard on the back of the Raceway grandstands.

Associate Sponsorship Starting at $4,000

1.    Title Sponsor of one (1) night at the races during the 2008 season, which will include mentions in all pre-race radio, print and television advertising. (i.e., This Saturday night at Springfield Raceway, it’s the Show-Me Late Model Series presented by “XYZ Company”.

2.     One (1) 4’ x 8’ billboard on the back of the Raceway grandstands.

Race Night Sponsorship   = Starting at $1,700

1.   Inclusion in all pre-event advertising to include Radio, Television, Print ads, event posters and flyers.  (i.e., This Saturday night at Springfield Raceway, it’s the Show-Me Late Model Series presented by “XYZ Company”.

2.   Fourty (40) tickets to your race night for employees, customers or vendors. (additional group tickets are available at discounted rate)

3.   Six (6) VIP Skybox Suite passes for your race night.

4.   Six (6) temporary banner locations in and around the raceway.

5.   Corporate identification on event trophy’s and victory lane photos.

6.   Four (4) public address announcements during the race night.

7.  10’ X 20’ Display space for sampling, handing out promotional materials.

8.   One (1) 4' X 8' Billboard on the raceway grounds

Corporate Hospitality Suites & Hospitality Tent

1.   Skybox Suite:  Entertain customers, clients and employees via the Raceway's new suites.  The suites will be positioned behind the grandstands offering the best view in the house from either on top viewing area or inside the suite away from all the elements.  Suites will accommodate 20 people per suite and are available on a season long rental or per night rental.  Per night cost: $400  -  Per season cost: $7,000

2.   Hospitality Chalet (tent):  The hospitality chalet is offered for Corporate clients that want to entertain a larger number of guests (from 50-150). The Chalet will consist of a tented area with 60" round tables, chairs and fenced off area to keep your events private from the rest of the race fans in attendance.  Your guests will also have their own grandstand section to enjoy the night of racing as a group.  Pricing will vary depending on the number of your group and the food and drink requirements.

Miscellaneous Sponsorship Opportunities

1.   Ticket Back Sponsor:  Your name and logo on the back of each ticket driving traffic to your locations with some type of promotional offer to the race fans.

2.   Promotional Items:  Your company could sponsor any promotional items to be given away to the first so many fans through the gates, seat cushions, coolie cups, T-shirts, Frisbees, etc.
